Allows for the usage of some manta splices on non mantas! Splices that can be used are:

Freshwater- feelers / long tail

Saltwater - gem growth / dorsal fin

Reef - plant growth / plant tail / whiskers

Ice - small wings / fur / antlers

Abyssal - body eyes / spines / lure

Swamp - horns / bone growth / spikes

Mimic - body mouth / inner eyes / secondary mouth

Seaslug - shaped eyes / slime paws

Deepwater - jellyfish hat / sea angel mouth / gelatinous growth

Rockpool - retractable spines / urchin tail / starfish growth

In the nearby future, will also allow for non manta traits to be used on mantas!
